Meta always bills in USD, regardless of your plan's display currency or the currency selected above — the selector converts the figures for reference only. Service conversations (a customer replying within the 24-hour window) are free and unlimited, with no cap on volume.
Marketing, utility and authentication conversations are charged per message sent, at Meta's published rate for the recipient's market. Bahrain is billed under Meta's "Rest of Middle East" rate, and USA & Rest of World under Meta's "North America" rate, as neither has a dedicated country rate in Meta's own rate card.
